Ina-Garten
Ina Garden is an American cookbook author who has received Emmy awards. She hosts the most popular Food Network show, Barefoot Contessa. The show began in 2002. It is scheduled to air for 27 more seasons. Ina Garten began her professional career at the White House where she wrote nuclear energy policies and budget documents. Though she found the career to be stimulating intellectually, eventually she lost her interest in it and purchased a small specialty food store - Barefoot Contessa. After nearly 18 years of making the shop a massive success she sold it and began writing her first book. Many more cookbooks, and magazines columnists that were added. The Food Network television program also was launched and soon became a hit. In addition, she offers products ranging from food ingredients to storage containers and other equipment. Ina was never to any cooking institute and hasn't been employed in restaurants. She's completely self-taught. Her name is associated with her casual approach to creating and entertaining. Her most well-known recipes include quick and easy recipes, such as Skillet Baked Lemon Chicken Macaroni, Cheese and using Beef Bourguignon as well as the Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
