Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen hails from St. Louis Missouri and is a famous American model, songwriter, singer and actress. Her most famous work is her character on the CW television series Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and also as the lead singer in The Pretty Reckless. Songs by Momsen have appeared in various films and TV shows, such as How to Be Solo Going the Distance as well as Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen, born in July 1993, is the daughter of an elder sister Sloane Momsen. She studied dance at St. Louis' Center of Creative Arts. At the age of three, she began her acting career professionally with a Shake 'n Bake commercial. Momsen's acting career came and went with abruptly end over a period of 3 years. She then received the part of the principal character in the film Misconceptions on WB. Momsen was also a part of Saving Shiloh 2006. During this time. She also auditioned for the role of Hannah Montana's title character Hannah Montana and was in the top three. However, the part was awarded to Miley Cyrus.
