Cassandra Monique Batie also known as Andra is a American R&B soul, soul and musician and singer. She's won the Grammy Award and Children's and Family Emmy Award. Golden Globe Award and Academy Award nominations are also an honor for her. Andra Days is a strong artist who also writes stunningly. Not only is she a master of retro R&B but her origins are in gospel jazz and blues. The debut album of Andra Day, Cheers to Fall (2015) topped the R&B/hiphop charts. Her contributions in Marshall (2017) have earned her a Grammy Award and Academy Award. Amen (2019), Take Your Troubles Gone Away (2021) as well as the Golden Globe award-winning portrayal as Billie Holiday for The United States Vs. Billie Holiday (2017) are helping to create anticipation. Andra Day was born Cassandra Monique Batie and grew in Edmonds Washington. While in San Diego, she attended the School of Creative and Performing Arts and sang at the church. As she grew up, Day listened to contemporary R&B music, and later pop. DJs quickly played it in radio. Her debut album Cheers to the Autumn (2015) was produced by Adrian Gurvitz. She signed with Warner Bros. Records. The album featured Rise Up which has become an international anthem of social justice movements. Day earned the album two Grammy nominations for her album which included Best R&B Album. In 2019, she debuted her sophomore record The United States vs. Billie Holiday a concept album on the life of the legendary jazz vocalist. The United States against Billie Holiday came out in 2021. It was the same year that she also appeared as Holiday. Andi Mattichak is an American actor. She made her debut in the movie Halloween in the role of Allyson and was later seen in various television shows, including Orange Is the New Black (Orange is the new black) Park Avenue (666 Park Avenue (666 Park Avenue) and Blue Bloods as well as Orange is the New Black. Andi Matichak was an American actress born on the 03rd of May, 1994. She was born in Framingham Massachusetts United States.
